Rajasthan CM takes holy dip at Maha Kumbh

Prayagraj, Jan 19 (UNI) Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma on Sunday visited Prayagraj for the Maha Kumbh festivities, offered prayers, and took a holy dip at the Triveni Sangam.
The CM arrived late Saturday night, toured the Rajasthan Pavilion in Sector 7, and explored the sacred site by boat early Sunday morning.
At the Triveni Sangam, he performed rituals, including offering prayers to Maa Ganga and worshipping Lord Mahadev with milk and holy water.
The CM also participated in the Ganga Aarti and visited the Bade Hanuman Ji temple to offer prayers.
Sharma expressed his admiration for the grand arrangements at the Maha Kumbh, commending Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for his leadership and seamless execution of the event.
Earlier, he was welcomed at Prayagraj Airport by UP Minister Nand Gopal Nandi on Saturday night.
During his visit, Sharma also toured the Rajasthan Pavilion at the Maha Kumbh and interacted with devotees from various districts of Rajasthan.
